The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant and the victim B (the age of 39) of the instant facts charged are adjoining to the lower part of the same building.

On December 15, 2019, at around 21:10 on December 21, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim at one time at the lower part of the victim’s down by making a dispute with the Defendant’s wife before the front door of the building D, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, on the ground that the victim raised the victim’s speech while entering into a dispute with the Defendant’s wife.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention that he does not want the punishment of the defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
