A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2014, the Defendant: (a) rented Nos. 811, 1009, and 1410 of the Young-gu B Officetel Btel in Suwon-si; (b) recruited sexual traffic women through the Internet (C); and (c) decided to arrange sexual traffic by allowing male customers who find the advertisement and sexual traffic women to engage in sexual traffic; and (c) receiving some of the sexual traffic prices as intermediary fees.

On June 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00, around 22:00 the instant officetel 811, received 140,000 won from a person who has the highest name of the customer, and arranged to engage in sexual traffic in a sealed room, and (b) from around May 28, 2014, as well as arranging sexual traffic in a sealed room.
