A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is under preparation for divorce between the victim C(n, 49 years of age) and the legal divorce relationship, and the victim D(20 years of age) is a child between the defendant and the victim C.

1. On March 16, 2015, the Defendant injured the victim by assault: (a) on March 16, 2015; (b) on July 07:25, 102 Dong-dong 902; (c) the victim C changed the current door door password of the apartment without the Defendant; and (d) the victim C was found to have not thought to withdraw his/her intention of divorce by agreement with the Defendant, and he/she suffered approximately two weeks of the victim’s left face at one time.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Violence, etc. (collectively, Deadly Weapons, etc.) stated in paragraph (1) at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and made it possible for the victim D to take the arms of the Defendant who assaults the victim C and take the knife knife knife (6 cm in knife length) which is a dangerous object in possession of the Defendant’s inner knife (6 cm in knife) and made a threat to the victims.
