A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:20 on April 10, 2014, the injured Defendant: (a) 103-dong, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan-si, 103-dong 103-dong, with the entrance door opened, sent the victim’s neck by hand; (b) tightly, the victim was faced with the victim’s face; (c) about 4-5 times the face face was taken by drinking; and (d) about 4-5 times the part of the buckbbbbbuck, and around 21-day treatment was conducted on the part of the victim, the victim was in need of approximately 21-day treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) stated in paragraph (1) on the ground that he was the victim D while assaulting the victim D, as described in paragraph (1) at the time and place, and the Defendant’s k5 vehicle parked in the parking lot, taken the k5 vehicle blade (the total length: 22cc, the blade length: 10cc) of the Defendant’s Ek5 vehicle parked in the parking lot, and expressed the victim D and the victim F (the 53 years old), thereby threatening the victims.
