A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 10, 2012, around April 10, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C, stating that “The Defendant would sell refined land and pay back immediately if he/she lends the purchase fund.”

Around the 26th day of the same month, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received money from the victim to the bank account in the name of the Defendant’s wife, from the victim, 20 million won.
