Punishment of the crime

On August 2, 1991, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court. On October 21, 1993, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for attempted larceny in the Jeonju District Court’s Seoul District Court’s branch court. On July 1, 2009, the Daejeon District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to eight months of imprisonment for larceny, etc.; on April 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the said final sentence at the military prison on July 27, 2012.

Defendant, habitually,

1. In a low time on January 7, 2014, the victim E, who entered the wall installed with him/her first into the house of the victim E located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Jeondong-gu, and damaged the glass window on the side of the kitchen by sticking into the wall, thereby having KRW 50,000 in cash owned by the victim who was in the inner harassment, and theft it;

At a low time on January 7, 2014, the victim C was intruded into the victim C’s house located in Sogjin-gu, Sogjin-gu, Seoul, with a string door, which was not corrected and then was placed in his house, one male-mond half of the market price equivalent to KRW 5 million, and one half of the Damond amounting to KRW 8 million in the market price, each of which was stolen;

3. From January 7, 2014 to the same month.

8. Between the lower time, by means of gas pipes installed in the fence with a view to cutting away goods from the victim H’s house in Seojin-gu G in the Jeonjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the lower time; and

4. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant, at around 16:17, intruded into the wall with a gas pipeline installed in the fence, for the purpose of cutting away the object from the body of the victim J, J, Seo-jin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on January 10, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals another's property.
