1. Basic facts
가. 이 사건 공동주택의 신축 및 대지권등기 1) 서울 서대문구 M 임야 926m ^{2}, N 임야 50m ^{2}, O 임야 165m ^{2}, P 임야 1,114m ^{2}, Q 임야 632m ^{2}(이하 ‘이 사건 분할 전 토지’라 한다

1) According to the reasoning of the judgment below, I did not agree with the following facts: (a) collective housing with a total of 47 households, including the section for exclusive use in which the portion of exclusive use is indicated on the ground of the land before the instant partition; and (b) the designated party I owned a collective housing with a total of 47 households in the same household
(2) On September 22, 1986, as the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings (hereinafter “Aggregate Buildings Act”) was enacted and enforced by Act No. 3725, after newly building and completing registration of ownership preservation, the ownership registration for the 47 households of the instant apartment house was completed on September 2, 1986 on the ground that the ownership of the instant land, which is the object of the site ownership, was the ownership ownership, and the ownership ownership registration for the instant 47 households of the instant apartment house, was completed.
