A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 2921] The Defendant is a person who operates a company with a company called “F” in Gyeonggi-si Kimpo-si E.

1. [2014 Highest 5536] The Defendant is an employer who operates a manufacturer of plastic products with the trade name of “F” by employing eight full-time workers at the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-guJ.

When a worker retires, the employer shall pay wages, and all other money or valuables, within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred, unless otherwise agreed by the parties concerned about the extension of the due date.
