1. On December 3, 2010, the Plaintiff, added at the trial, as to the 24,925 square meters of H forest land in Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 29, 1981, the land number of F is divided from the area of 378 square meters in the area of 2,069 square meters prior to the subdivision of Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu (hereinafter “Seoul-gu”). The land category of F is changed to “large-gu.” The Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on January 7, 1998 with respect to F large 378 square meters for donations made on January 7, 1998. The said F land was divided into F large 362 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”) and G large 16 square meters on October 6, 2010.

B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 17, 1995 under the name of the Defendant clan on March 10, 1984 with respect to the land of H 23,809 square meters prior to the division, as indicated in the details of the alteration of ownership and the alteration of the attached land.

(1) On June 9, 2006, H forest and 23,809 square meters are divided into H forest and 23,567 square meters and I forest and 242 square meters. On June 9, 2006, I forest and 242 square meters were divided into 202 square meters and C forest and 40 square meters in J forest and 202 square meters in J forest and 242 square meters in J forest and divided into 202 square meters on the same day. On October 27, 2006, with regard to 202 square meters and C forest and 40 square meters in J forest and 202 square meters in J forest and 204 square meters, each owner of the land registered with the competent cadastral authority on October 20, 2006, on which he/she applied for the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of consultation on the land for public use on October 20, 2006 (hereinafter “the land subject to cadastral map”).

(2) The competent cadastral authority finds that there are errors in the registered matters.
