On September 27, 2016, around 00:49, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle B with a alcohol level of 0.118% alcohol concentration at the 1m section of the apartment complex of approximately 209 and approximately 1m in the front parking lot of approximately 104 apartment complex in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
