1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2018, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton cars with alcohol content of 0.126% in blood alcohol level from around 560,000 in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to 175Gayang-6 complex from the Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul to Gayang-IC.
