1. All appeals filed by the counterclaim Defendant against the counterclaim Defendant are dismissed.

Therefore, this court's reasoning is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants should be dismissed in its entirety as there is no ground.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed as it is without merit.
