The Plaintiff’s appeal against the Defendants cited in the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance shows each evidence submitted in the court of first instance, it is recognized that the facts of first instance and the judgment are justified.

Therefore, the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants should be dismissed as all of the grounds for appeal.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just based on its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal against the defendants is dismissed as it is without merit.
