Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 18 million won.

If the above fine is not paid, the sum of KRW 100,000 shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (such as a driver’s assault, etc.) committed a threat to the victim C (43 Dop) on the front side of the apartment, taking a lux of D taxi operated by the victim C (43 Dop) on the front side of the apartment, and then threatening the victim, who was under the influence of alcohol, to “I see why I would see the string of the camping.”
