A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 13, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.178% alcohol concentration in blood at the 10km section from the roads in front of the dwelling site of the land C, which is located in the Pyeongtaek-gun B of Gangwonwon, to the national highways near the 31st of the Gyeongwon Pyeong-gun, the lower court, on November 13, 2015.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in the operation of the said rocketing car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the death or injury caused before the risk).

Defendant 1 operated the said rocketing car on the national highway No. 31 near the Hosk Scenic 31 on the day set forth in the above paragraph 1, and proceeded at a speed of about 70 km per hour on the sponsive surface in parallel.
