A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

307,608 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On January 15, 2017, around 18:11, 2017, the Defendant purchased and sold a injection machine containing approximately 0.5g 0.5g of Meptamin, a local mental medicine, from E, to 300,000 won.

B. Around 19:00 on January 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) parked a H-learning car owned by the Defendant at G Park parking lot located in the G Park in Echeon-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (b) performed one-time medication by dilutioning approximately 0.05g of the Mept Ampia, which is a local mental medicine that is contained in the injection machine, with the injection of approximately 0.05g of the Mepta, into arms.

(2) On January 22, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant parked a vehicle specified in the preceding paragraph in the Jancheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, J. I located in the Jancheon-si, Leecheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and administered the vehicle once in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, approximately 0.05g of Mepta, a local mental medicine.

(c)

From January 15, 2017 to around 19:00 on January 15, 2017, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.45 g of Metropha, a local mental medicine, at the small room located in 106 Dongcheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, K 106 Dong 202.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 19:00 on October 2016, the Defendant received, without compensation, vinyl paper containing approximately 4.36 g of marijuana from N in the main body near Mart L in Ischeon-si, Gyeonggi-do.

B. Around 17:00 on November 201, 2017, the Defendant: (a) removed the pen and tobacco of the tobacco in the vicinity of the PP located in Echeon-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (b) stored in it approximately 0.22 g of the hemp; and (c) made a smoke once by attaching the smoke to the racker.

(2) On December 8, 2016, the Defendant smoked 0.22 g of hemp in the G Park parking lot located in the Gyeonggi-do Echeon-siF in the same manner as the preceding paragraph at the G Park parking lot.

(3) The Defendant is Gyeonggi-do around 19:00 on January 21, 2017.
