A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant treated Metropha (hereinafter referred to as “phiphones”) and JWH-18 similar chain 5-Flor ADB (hereinafter referred to as “a synthetic marijuana”) as follows:

1. At around 21:00 on January 20, 2017, the Defendant purchased 40,000 won in cash to a male with the name of large-scale male on the ground floor of a bridged in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for a single-use injection instrument (0.97g in total on the bronon on the broner) in which the bronon is contained, and seven plastic bags containing 0.22g of a bronon.

2. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant administered a philophone medication by inserting approximately 0.2g g lopon into the copon column 203, which was purchased at Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and by dilution it with water, among the philoopon purchased as above.

3. At around March 21, 2017, the Defendant, holding a philophone or synthetic marijuana, possessing seven strings (0.27g in total amount of philophones contained in injection devices), a vinyl 0.22g of philophones, and a strings containing one 0.54g of tobacco containing 0.54g in front of “F hotel” in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, respectively.

1. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant administered philophone medication in a way of dilutioning approximately 0.1g of philophone into water from the toilet of a building where the remodeling work located in the H market located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, is underway.

2. At around April 20, 2017, the Defendant possessed a phiphone in a manner that puts in a hand room two disposable folder containing each of 0.2g opon from the hotel “J” hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu Seoul, in the guest room, 503, and one disposable folder containing water-dilution 0.4g, which is mixed with water, and keeps the phiphone on the side of the guest room.
