1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,100,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 12, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 42,100,000 from the plaintiff to June 30, 2015. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 42,10,000 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 12, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
