1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,671,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 27, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

When there is no dispute, and each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 showed the purport of the whole pleadings, the defendant may recognize the fact that the defendant requested the plaintiff to transport aggregate for a period from April 2012 to July 31, 2013, and the defendant did not pay 35,671,000 won.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 35,671,00 won with 15% interest per annum from April 27, 2016 to the day of full payment, where the record clearly revealed that the copy of the complaint of this case was served on the defendant.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
