Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000 (three million).

When the defendant does not pay a fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2016, around 15:25, 2016, the Defendant crosses the road front of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in excess of the fences installed on the front line of the yellow central line, and received a traffic Stick from the police officer F, who was issued by the Defendant, to the police officer “I ambling, I am to do so.”
