A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Gwangju District Court on August 17, 2015, and the judgment was finalized on August 17, 2015.

On April 28, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “C contact pockets shall be sold” on the Internet NAVV Rona Pene, and that “C contact pockets shall be remitted to KRW 220,000,000.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have a C contact pocket from the beginning, and even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to issue the above Twit pockets.

The Defendant received 220,000 won from the Victim G by means of the same method on April 30, 2015, as well as the Defendant received 224,500 won from a new bank account (F) in the name of E in the name of E as the purchase price for diskettess.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victims and acquired a total of 444,500 won through two times.

around January 28, 2015, the Defendant sent an article to the effect that he would sell the t bargaining uniform, after accessing the twitter at a place where the address of Gwangju or lower is unknown.

On the same day, the Defendant reported the above writing to the victim H, who expressed his intention to purchase, made a false statement that 80,000 won would be sold to the victim H.

However, even if the defendant received the above money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to sell the tra bargaining uniform.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received money of KRW 80,000 from the victim under the name of the sale proceeds of t bargaining clothes on the same day, in the account in the name of the Defendant (Account Number I).
