A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to five months in prison at night by the Suwon District Court for larceny, and on October 12, 2007, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced two years to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 12, 2007, and on October 19, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court and completed the execution of the sentence on June 20, 201.
The Defendant habitually stolen the victims' articles at least six times as follows.
1. On July 5, 2012, at around 02:00, the Defendant went into the house of the victim D, which was located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C10, and then went into the house through the entrance that was not corrected, and then the victim was able to promptly dries the victim’s cash 57,000 won, credit card 3, and foreign registration certificate 1, and cut off one 600,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession before the television.
2. On July 2012, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the Victim F’s House located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, through a gate that was not corrected; and (b) putting 300,000 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession, used the crepan in the crepancies of the victim; and (c) cut off the victim’s house.
3. On August 25, 2012, around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the house with the victim H located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government second floor through the entrance that was not corrected; and (b) cut off cash of KRW 30,000, Chinese currency 80, foreign registration number 1, 1, 1, 1, and 2,000,000,000,000,000 won, which were owned by the victim using the crepansive cres.
4. The Defendant, around 02:00 on September 1, 2012, entered the victim J’s house located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and intruded into the house through the entrance that was not corrected, and then made use of the cresh.
