A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since around May 2013, the Defendant: (a) went through the C EXPO operator, etc.; and (b) came to fall short of living expenses after the removal from Korea on May 2013; (c) steals from the crypt; and (d) discovered money by selling via the Internet medium and high-speed car page.

Around 14:10 on November 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim L et al. into the classroom by a entrance that was not corrected between the sports sites at the K High School in the pertinent school, and (b) caused the victim L et al. to intrude into the classroom; (c) the market price of the victim, which was located on his/her book, was the sum of KRW 1,602,00,000, including one set of 1,602,000, and one set of gate.
