1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

However, the above sentence against Defendant A for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor on October 20, 2016 at the Seoul Northern District Court on the following grounds: (a) on May 31, 2017, the judgment was finalized on May 31, 2017.

Defendant

B was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for the crime of forging official documents at the Seoul Northern District Court on October 20, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 7, 2017. On January 24, 2017, Seoul Southern District Court sentenced five years of imprisonment for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 12, 2017.

[2017 Highest 3311, on November 208, the Defendants: (a) owned C, D, and 25,289 square meters of f forest in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu; (b) forged relevant documents, etc. as if G was donated by E; (c) forged the said forest and field ownership; and (d) acquired another’s money by using them; (c) Defendant B, as a total liability, established the overall criminal plan; (d) directed the accomplices; (e) forged the certificate of seal imprint and resident registration certificate; (e) under the direction of Defendant B, Defendant A performs the following tasks; (e) Defendant A takes the role of driving the said forest and field owner; and (e) Defendant A takes the role of introducing Defendant A to a certified judicial scrivener office in accordance with the direction of Defendant B; and (e) Defendant A introduced Defendant A as E, respectively.

Accordingly, Defendant B and C shall forge the resident registration certificate and seal impression certificate for Defendant B and C. On November 12, 2008, upon the instruction of Defendant B, C shall take Defendant A into the D Judicial Scriveners Office. Defendant A shall carry the signature and seal of Defendant A as “E,” and Defendant A shall forge a letter of proxy and a letter of gift under the E’s name by signing and sealing the letter of proxy and one copy of each E. The Defendants, C, and D shall deliver the forged resident registration certificate, seal impression certificate, proxy certificate, and gift certificate to the registry on the same day, as if they were genuine, and have failed to complete the registration for transfer of ownership on the grounds of donation under the G name, but the above documents were forged, and the purport was not realized.
