1. The Defendants jointly share the Plaintiff KRW 69,535,200 and Defendant Co., Ltd.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, as a representative patent attorney of CCITR Office (hereinafter “C”), establishes C in 2001, and is engaged in the business of filing intellectual property applications and consulting, etc. up to the date. Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) was established on August 8, 2015 and engages in the business of investing and managing assets pursuant to the Real Estate Investment Company Act. Defendant B Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a company that engages in the business of leasing medical devices, such as Analma’s siren.
B. On September 25, 2013, in order to use C’s business space, the Plaintiff leased the entire six floors (hereinafter “instant office”) among the eight-story business facilities of the 8th anniversary of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D ground reinforced concrete structure sloping roof (hereinafter “instant building”) from EEE (hereinafter “EE”), 64,086,00 won, monthly rent 21,362,000 won, and the lease period from December 1, 2013 to November 30, 2018, and the Plaintiff moved into the instant office on December 1, 2013, and operated C up to the present day (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).
C. The contents related to the instant lease agreement are as follows.
Article 4 (Rents and Management Expenses) (1) Rents under this Agreement shall be 64,086,00/VAT Separate, 21,362,00 x 3 x 25th day of each quarter, and shall be deposited in the account of the lessor on the 25th day of each quarter.
Provided, That the rent shall not be paid from the commencement date of the lease until February 28, 2014 (including the REN-REE period, two months of the human subjects period).
2. The management expenses under this Agreement shall be KRW 11,215,000,000 per month, and shall be deposited in the account of the lessor on the 25th day of the relevant month.
Provided, That the repair and repair of toilets for an object shall be made.
