A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. At around 01:14 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) took a panty of the victim in a mobile phone with the victim’s panty, who was under the influence of alcohol, and was in possession of the victim’s panty, in a non-fluorous and non-commercial singing room around that time; and (b) took a panty of the victim’s cell phone with the victim’s panty while playing together at the same time.
