1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Seoul Southern Market Co., Ltd. was a corporation established on February 3, 1954 for the purpose of managing and operating the Seoul Southern Market, which was established on February 3, 1954, and the Southern Seodaemun Market located in the Southern Seodaemun-gu Seoul Jungmun-ro 21-gil and the Southern Seodaemun-ro (hereinafter “Seoul Seodaemun Market”).

Defendant B is the trade name of “F” in the instant commercial building, and Defendant C operates each store with “I” in G and H.
