On July 11, 2013, at around 00:21, the Defendant driven the above vehicle 2 km from the vicinity of the Gan Forest Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front of the Gancheon-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
