Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2013, at around 23:41, the Defendant driven a car B in the section B from around 6km to the front road of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government additional road from a Do in which it is impossible to find out the e-mail route in light of the 0.129% alcohol concentration while under the influence of alcohol.
