A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, using a single-name card with a sign indicating the card’s form and number on the back side of the card, was aware of the fact, with the victim B, victim C, victim D, victim E, victim E, etc., and with the card’s total 52 pages, each of which differs from each other, and divided the pattern of the card’s card’s name, one-name “ball” gambling and card’s name, a form of gambling game in which the number is the lowest, by the person with the card’s name, who is the winner, is divided into four different from each other. After drawing money, the Defendant was discarded or received with the card, and finally received the money until he received the card, and finally acquired the money from the victims.

From February 1, 2015 to March 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) controlled gambling plaques by using a wooden card with which the card shape and number can be known on the back side; (b) was committed as if he did so by using a normal card; (c) was received from the victim B, the victim E, and the victim D respectively; and (d) was obtained from the victims and acquired the false amount from the victims at least seven times in total from that time until March 30, 2015, as described in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant was delivered property by deceiving the victims.
