Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, with respect to the defendant B, C, and D, respectively from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and B are drivers employed in the “I Industrial Company” in the operation of the victim H in South Korea, and the defendant C and D are the aforementioned industrial company removal assistant employees.
1.
