1. Defendant A Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 197,415,859 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from September 24, 2012 to October 2, 2013.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff concluded a fire damage insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”).
Insurance types: Insured non-dividend professional smart business comprehensive insurance 1107: insurance coverage period: from October 19, 201 to October 19, 2014: The insurance coverage amount of the E-ground steel framed sand site position panel (hereinafter referred to as "C warehouse") and movable property in the above warehouse: KRW 100 million in the building, KRW 300 million in the movable property.
B. Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) occupied and used the warehouse of the E-ground steel structure sand site position panel (hereinafter “A warehouse”) in Namyang-ju, the ownership of Defendant B adjacent to the C warehouse.

2. Determination as to the claim against Defendant A
