A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual operator of E (mutual change to F on December 10, 2013) in the third floor of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building.

1. Forging a private document;

A. The Defendant confirms that at a place with no knowledge of around 2012, “E” in the main text of “A letter of business selection” using a computer was selected as an official company for the new construction of the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Apartment Community Center.
