Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On October 28, 2010, at around 11:00, the Defendant driven a C Poter Cargo Vehicle without a driver’s license from around 1299-1, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to the front road of the Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.
