A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2010, the Defendant was punished by a fine of KRW 700,00 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in Daegu District Court and Racing Support on February 5, 201, by a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court on July 4, 2011, and on September 24, 2013, by a fine of KRW 6 million in the same court on September 24, 2013.

The defendant is a person who drives a DNA cargo vehicle.

On September 30, 2014, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol of 0.091% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.09%, and proceeded with the roads in front of the U.S. C. YY on the wing-si, Nam-si, U.S., U.S. on the wing-do, with a fluorous speed from the wing-do,

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to accurately operate and safely drive the steering and steering gear while maintaining the driving distance and the safety distance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded as it is, instead, concealed the front side of the victim E (the 43-year-old driver's vehicle) driving in the same road as the front side of the above cargo vehicle, and returned back to the median line again, and conflict with the left side of the victim G (the 61-year-old driver's Ha) driving in the same two-lane road.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) injured the victim I (the 59-year-old) who was on board the said car for approximately two weeks of medical treatment; (b) injured the victim J (the 42-year-old age-old) of the climatic base and tension requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment; (c) injured the victim J. (the 42-year-old age-old) who was on board the same vehicle; (d) injured the victim K (the 40-year-old age-old) of the climatic base and tension requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and (e) injured the victim K (the 40-year-old age-old-old-old-old-old-old-old-car base and so forth.
