1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from November 2, 2014 to the date of full payment.

On May 12, 2014, the Plaintiff lent KRW 30,000,00 to Defendant A with interest rate of 4% on May 12, 2014 and November 1, 2014. At that time, Defendant B and C guaranteed the principal and interest obligation of Defendant A at that time.

According to the above facts, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 30,000,000 won and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 25% per annum within the agreed interest rate from November 2, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
