Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On June 10, 2020, the Defendant driven the said rocketing car at around 14:20 on June 14, 2020, and was moving to the direction of the E market from the surface of the D wedding hall to the direction of the E market.

At the time, there was a crosswalk at the front of the road, and thus, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a road to reduce the speed and to see well the front door, and to safely operate the steering and brake system and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and found the victim F who was crossinging the crosswalk to the right side of the left side of the direction of the vehicle due to negligence, and found it late, and exploited the victim by shocking the victim to the front door of the vehicle in front of the above car instead of the remaining brack, instead of the other broke, and led the victim and the victim H to shock by means of free waves, etc. while driving the said car in front of the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, approximately 6 weeks of injury to the victim F, such as a fele feling down in the left-hand left-hand side of the Alley fele, injury to the victim G, such as salt, tensions, etc., which requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment, and injury to the victim H, including knee fel felging, which requires approximately 2 weeks of treatment.
