Basic Facts

The relevant defendant between the parties operates the "Police Hospital" located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant Hospital"), and is the user of the defendant hospital's medical staff in charge of treating the plaintiff.

In 1986, the Plaintiff was performing a disc operation at the Defendant Hospital. Since around three to four years ago, there were symptoms behind buckbucks, and at least 500 meters of walking, the Plaintiff was sent to the Defendant Hospital and was provided outpatient treatment around May 2010.

As a result of the various tests conducted against the plaintiff, the medical personnel of the defendant hospital decided to conduct an operation to diagnose the vertecopic vertebrate No. 4-5 and No. 5-000, and to treat the plaintiff.

On July 25, 2010, the Plaintiff was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital for the purpose of the instant operation, and expressed only time, on July 27, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as “the date and time for the same day”) by the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital. The Plaintiff was discharged from the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital (hereinafter “the instant operation”). The Plaintiff was discharged from the post-receptic typology (the instant operation”) by using Cageage.
