Punishment of the crime

At around 12:40 on September 7, 2012, the Defendant was a person without a certain occupation, and even if he was provided with food, the Defendant was provided with food to the 'Ccafeteria’ located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si B, with food equivalent to KRW 14,000 on a total of 14,00 won of the net counterpart country and 2 disease, and acquired financial benefits from the above price.
