1. On May 5, 2020, around 21:30 on May 5, 2020, the Defendant ordered food equivalent to KRW 16,000 in total, 16,00, such as 1 galbb, 2 falb, and 100,000, in spite of the lack of the intent or ability to pay meals within the 1st floor of Daegu-gu B and D’s cafeteria operated

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the above victim, acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to 16,000 won.

On May 7, 2020, around 22:30 on May 7, 2020, the Defendant ordered the food of KRW 34,00 in total amount of KRW 34,00,00,00 to two gates, one gate for air conditioners, and one gate for air conditioners, although the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay food in the “G” operated by the Daegu Jung-gu E and the Victim F.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the above victim, acquired financial benefits equivalent to 34,000 won.

On May 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 10:10 on May 8, 2020, at the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) as if he would pay the drinking value, the Defendant did not pay the said victim the sum of KRW 20,50,000 for each of the instant victims, but did not pay the said sum of KRW 1 strings, 1 strings, 1 strings, 2 strings, and 20,000 for drinking water.

1. 2020. 5. 5. 범행 피고인은 2020. 5. 5. 02:00경 대구 중구 K의 2층에 있는 피해자 L 운영의 ‘M주점’에서, 사실은 위 피해자로부터 술과 음식을 제공받더라도 그 대금을 지불할 의사나 능력이 없음에도 마치 그 대금을 정상적으로 지불할 수 있는 것처럼 행세하며 술과 음식을 주문하여 이에 속은 위 피해자로부터 참이슬 2병, 닭껍질가리아게 등 시가 합계 39,000원 상당의 술과 음식을 제공받았다.
