Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a room under the trade name of “C” from Mapopo City B.

1. No one shall engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

Nevertheless, from April 21, 2015 to August 31, 2015, the Defendant exchanged the result of the game acquired by customers using the said PC into one won per cash point without deducting money exchange commission. Moreover, the Defendant exchanged the result of the game by receiving cash from customers through the program of a smartphone manager used in the said PC room and providing one point for cash cost per cash.

2. No one shall provide game water of a content different from the rating classified by the Game Water Management Committee for the distribution or use of such game water.

Nevertheless, from April 21, 2015 to August 31, 2015, the Defendant provided customers with game products, the contents of which are different from those of the rating received by allowing them to access to the Internet site D, which are classified by the Game Water Management Committee, by accessing the said PC manager ID D.
