A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From June 6, 2015, the Defendant is a person who has been operating a scamba in the name of “D” on the first floor of the Kuju-si.
1. No person who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act shall provide customers with game water different from the details deliberated by the Game Water Management Committee as at the time a rating is classified by the Committee;
Nevertheless, from June 6, 2015 to October 7, 2010 of the same year, the Defendant installed five computers in the above scam room, and provided customers with game items different from those classified by allowing them to access “E” to unspecified customers who found the above scam, and provided 337 games (337 am, 337 am, 337 am, and 337 am). Nevertheless, the defendant, from June 6, 2015 to October 7, 2010 of the same year, provided 337 games to customers' use, such as paragraph (1) above, and collected game money acquired as a result of the game from customers using the above 337 games in the above D room from the difference between the operator's interest exchange of the above 337 games as the person in the name of the defendant, and exchanged the money equivalent to the said game money to customers' account in order to assist them.
