Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the Cju store located in Jeju-si, New Walls B, the Defendant believed that he would be able to receive the payment even if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the drinking value; and (b) was exempted from the amount equivalent to KRW 400,000,000,000 in the same manner as the new wall around May 18, 2016; and (c) was exempted from the amount equivalent to KRW 590,000,000 in the total amount of KRW 9,00,000.
