Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2018, at around 00:35, the Defendant acquired property profits by avoiding the amount equivalent to KRW 105,000,00, by being provided with bed with bed from the victim about 16 Mariju and to be able to receive the said fees, even though there is no intention or ability to pay the drinking value at the D main points in the operation of the victim C in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu.
