1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a medical corporation that operates the hospital C (hereinafter “instant hospital”), and the Plaintiff is a person who served as the president of the instant hospital from November 19, 2016 to May 27, 2019.

B. From June 5, 2018 to February 25, 2019, the Plaintiff remitted total of KRW 524,458,739 to the Defendant as indicated in the following table.

On June 5, 2018, Defendant 10,000,000 on June 7, 2018, 2010, 10,000 on June 14, 2018; Defendant 20,000 on June 14, 2018; Defendant 60,000,00 on June 28, 2018; Defendant 20,000 on July 4, 2018; Plaintiff 20,00,000 on September 4, 200, 200 on September 10, 2018; Plaintiff 10, 200,00 on September 21, 2018; Plaintiff 10,000,00 on September 1, 2018, Plaintiff 10, 200, Plaintiff 10,00 on September 10, 2018

C. From December 28, 2018 to March 2020, the Defendant remitted total of KRW 257,600,000 to the Plaintiff as indicated in the following table.

On December 28, 2018, Defendant 71,200,000, Defendant 2,400,000 on January 3, 2019, January 17, 2019; Defendant 25,000,000 on January 28, 2019; Defendant 25,000,000 on May 28, 2019; Defendant 3,000,000 on February 26, 2019; Defendant 3,00,000 on March 26, 2019; Defendant 6,000,000 on March 25, 200, Plaintiff 40,000,000 on April 25, 2019; and Plaintiff 10,000,000 on August 20, 200, Plaintiff 2009;

D. From November 30, 2018 to May 14, 2019, the Defendant remitted total of KRW 125,200,000 to D.

E. On May 27, 2019, the Plaintiff retired from the instant hospital.
