Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the establishment of a crime of violating the Clean Air Conservation Act, and by misapprehending

The argument that the judgment of the court below is erroneous in the violation of the principle of no punishment without law and that there is a mistake in law against the Defendants is not a legitimate ground for appeal since the Defendants’ assertion that this constitutes grounds for appeal, or that the court below did not consider it as the subject of judgment

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
