A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car in the B SP land.

On July 5, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.083% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.083% around 08:37, and driven the two-lane road along the two-lanes at a point of 273km in the direction of the Yananananannam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.

In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front left and accurately manipulate the steering and brakes so as to prevent accidents in advance.
