A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:00 on May 17, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a B rocketing car at approximately 2 km from the village in which Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Jungwon-gu, Jungwon-gu, Seoul, to the front of Jungwon-gu, Jungwon-gu.
