All sentencing of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

Basic facts

1. On May 3, 2007, Defendant A (former C prior to the opening of a name) and husband D of A leased the first floor among the victim E, 17 million won, and the lease period of 24 months, at the end of the last contract, the first floor of the F iron bars, and the fourth floor of the 4th floor of the F-gu Busan Frebropo-gu, Busan, which is owned by the victim (hereinafter “instant building”). The above contract terms did not change by February 2012, 2012, when the last contract is concluded.

2. Defendant A’s words Defendant A, the second floor of the instant building, wanting to move into the second floor of the instant building.

On March 10, 2008, A entered into a lease agreement with the victim on the second floor of the building of this case with the victim under his own name, setting the deposit amount of KRW 6 million, monthly rent of KRW 150,000, and the lease period of KRW 24 months, and B moved into the second floor of the building of this case.

After March 2008, Defendant A requested the victim to change the contractor of the second floor contract from A to G, his mother, so that the victim can be allowed to take occupancy in the event of redevelopment of the building of this case. Accordingly, the lease contract was re-established on the second floor of the building of this case between the victim and G.

On the bottom of the above contract, the purport that the contract between the victim and the lessee is reversed and the lessee is changed in the name of G is clearly stated, and A is indicated as the guarantor, and G was signed and sealed, and G was affixed with its signature and seal.

Defendant

B, on April 10, 2008, with the intention of exercising its authority, using a screen pen for official approval (hereinafter “Defendant A”) on March 10, 2008, the lessee registered in the lessee’s resident registration number column B, and changed the entry of “C (the former name of Defendant A)” as “B” and changed the entry of “C (the former name of Defendant A)” in the name of E and C (the former name of Defendant A) into “B” and signed.
