Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with C on December 2, 201, constructed a building of a steel-frame structure with the floor area of 159.89 square meters on the ground level, without permission, in order to create a passage through which equipment, such as for having cars, etc., in the freezing warehouse installed in D, can be moved.

2. A person who intends to construct a building, install a structure, or alter the form or quality of land by altering any violation of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, from the first patrol officer to the first patrol officer from June 2015, 2016, shall obtain permission from the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan City Mayor, a Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Mayor, or a head of a Si/Gun.

Nevertheless, on March 2016, the Defendant, without permission, installed concrete string structures in the area of about 3,000 square meters, which is equivalent to 3,000 square meters outside of 200 square meters, and changed the form and quality of land by packing concrete roads.
